As a nurse for over 25yrs I dipped in and out of yoga, often finding myself there to recover and rebalance my body or to reset my intention as a busy mum. What has drawn me back is the holistic safe space in which I could explore and develop my inner landscape. We often get lost in amongst the busyness of life, prompted by pain or discomfort in the body, illness or dis ease we find ways to heal and recover

Yoga is a practise using the breath, body and mind as one. Pranayama (using the breath) Asana (using the body) and Meditation where we use the mind.
